Some duties and responsibilities include:
🎯 Coordinate with hiring managers for calibration meetings to understand job specifications and requirements
🎯 Create and maintain a robust and reliable candidate pipeline for IT and non-IT-related roles across all levels locally and globally.
🎯 Implement recruiting strategies and tactics designed by the team to meet technical/IT hiring requirements within the set hiring timeframe, and suggestions based on day-to-day tasks
🎯 Source high-quality candidates through various creative and relevant sourcing methods, both outbound and inbound, to build a robust talent pipeline
🎯 Sort/segregate candidates according to job specifications (i.e., resume and profile screening) and identify shortlisted candidates for further screening, as applicable.
🎯 Prepare job offer documents and schedule meetings for job offer discussion with the Recruitment Manager with selected candidates; you may also conduct Job Offer discussions depending on needs and roles.
