Please note the following details for our reunion:

Alumni shirt for July 17 (Day 1) will be aqua blue. There is only one design for this day.

For July 18 (Day 2), t shirt color coding by batch applies.

1960–1979: Red
1980–1989: Blue
1990–1999: Yellow
2000–2010: Purple
2011–2024: White

The same colors will be used for decorations, balloons, and vehicle cloths during the motorcade

Final Countdown!
We’re all set for the big day! For our final meeting,( batch coordinators) here’s what’s locked in:

* Final list of cars joining the motorcade (batch by batch).

* Confirmed alumni shirt order with sizes and counts ( last set of printing)

* Ready video clips of 10 batches to highlight the 10 day countdown.

Minutes of Meeting — Batch Coordinators
May 16, 2026
SANHS Gabaldon

1.Assembly for July 17: 6:00 AM at Purok 1, San Antonio.

2.Parade order and arrangements:

SANHS students will march at the front; alumni will follow behind the students.

All vehicles will follow behind the alumni, except for each batch’s sound truck which will accompany that batch.

During the parade, alumni will perform hand‑movement choreography to the SANHS Alumni Hymn.

3. Post‑parade directions:

SANHS students and the DLC will proceed directly to the school.

Alumni will go directly to the church.

4.Mass schedule and offerings:
Mass will begin at 8:00 AM.

All batches will be invited to make offerings during the Mass.

Batches assigned specific offertory items will come forward according to their assignment.

5.Vehicle color‑coding and decorations:

All vehicles must follow color‑coding by batch; balloon and fabric decorations should match the assigned batch color.

Parking placement will be based on these color codes.

Each vehicle must display an identical 3 ft × 4 ft tarpaulin (paid for by the organizer) promoting the 60th Founding Day logo; tarpaulins will differ only by batch number.

6.Batch vehicle inventory (May 31 deadline):

On May 31, each batch must submit a list showing how many vehicles they will bring for parking allocation.

Boy Scouts bearing color‑coded flaglets will manage parking assignments.

7.Church parking and motorcade:

Only single motorcycles will be allowed to park at the church grounds

Marshals will be stationed to direct traffic approaching Ligao.

Color‑coded vehicles will join together for the motorcade.

8.Sound tracking and candidates:

All batch vehicles must carry sound trucks playing the SANHS Alumni Hymn.

Vehicles carrying candidates for Mr. and Ms. Alumni must be distinct/identified.

9.Motorcade route:
After the Mass, there will be a motorcade. Marshals should ensure a slow, orderly motorcade passing Buang, Estancia, and Sentro Tabaco, then proceeding toward SANHS.

10.Alumni drop‑off and march:

Alumni drop‑off point: San Antonio covered court.

Alumni will march from the drop‑off to SANHS carrying their batch tarpaulins.

11 Welcome dance:
Alumni will be welcomed at SANHS with a welcome dance included in the Founding Day program on July 17.

18.Ushers and batch rooms:

Ushers from each batch will welcome and es**rt alumni to their assigned rooms where they will be accommodated.

Batches must go to their assigned rooms and may eat there on Day 1 (July 17) during the Founding Day program.

18.Invited retired teachers/ faculty will be provided food through catering during the activities.

19.Batches may also share food or contribute dishes to help supplement the catering and meal provisions.

20.Donations during lunch:
While in their rooms for lunch, envelopes will be distributed for contributions to the Mr. and Ms. Alumni Night.

Batches should prepare their pledge of donations (cash or in‑kind) for the Adopt‑a‑Room project.

21 Setup by 3:00 PM:

At 3:00 PM, batches must install their canopies, tables, and chairs; each batch is responsible for its own setup.

This prepares the venue for the following morning, July 18 (Alumni Day).

Setup must follow the SANHS floor plan.

22.July 18 arrival and activities:
July 18, 7:00 AM — Alumni arrival and registration.

Zumba activities will continue while batches wear their batch t‑shirts.

23 Opening program and dance contest:
9:00 AM — Opening program.

Alumni Dance Contest will follow; each batch has 6 minutes. Contest will follow published guidelines and mechanics.

23 Luncheon:
Luncheon will be by batch in their own provissions at their respective canopy

24.Bingo Bonanza after lunch:

Each batch must provide a minimum of 10 bingo cards (and may provide more).

Bingo is good for three games with prizes: 10,000; 7,000; and 5,000 pesos

25. Mr. and Ms. Alumni Night canvassing:

Canvassing for Mr. and Ms. Alumni Night will be conducted and facilitated by SANHS faculty.

26.Testimonials between games:

Testimonials will be scheduled in between games; speakers will be chosen by draw lots.

Each batch will also be assigned a speaker to give a testimonial about SANHS: personal stories, experiences, and school contributions to their lives.

27 Social dance and awards:
The social dance will feature a live band. During band breaks, winners of Mr. and Ms. Alumni will be announced and awarded.

Awards can be cash or in‑kind and will be given to the batch adviser of the batch that sponsored the identified Adopt‑a‑Room from Day 1 (July 17).

28 Batch dance music selection:

Each batch will select three requested songs for their batch dance floor performance.

29 SANHS as Wi‑Fi zone:
SANHS will try to have Wi‑Fi connection and live‑streaming area.

30.Finalization of sound and band:

Sound system and band arrangements will be finalized on May 31.

31 Identified alumni projects:
Alumni projects identified: “I LOVE SANHS” landmark, drainage system work, and fencing repair. This may be done even prior to the homecoming

32. Final meeting will be May 31, 2pm.
