BM Rene Woo, Chairman of the Committee on Cooperatives, graced the Culmination Program of Cooperative Month held last October 25, 2025, at the Dugokanan sa Capitolyo.

The event was attended by the six Municipal Cooperative Development Councils (MCDC) of the Province of Siquijor. BM Woo also served as the Guest Speaker, where he shared his message of unity, collaboration, and empowerment among the cooperatives in the province.

Board Member Rene Francisco Woo attended the Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA) Capacity Development Seminar-Workshop held at Go Hotel Plus, Bacolod City, Negros Oriental, NIR, together with the Governor, Vice Governor, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, and Department Heads.

It was also a great honor to have our special guests, Engr. Joan Nathaniel Gerangaya, Assistant Regional Director of DENR-NIR, and Engr. Jose Albert Barrogo, Regional Executive Director of DA-NIR, who expressed their strong support for the continued development of the Province of Siquijor.

This meaningful activity was spearheaded by the Department of the Interior and Local Government – Siquijor (DILG-Siquijor) headed by Provincial Director Dennis S. Quiñones.

Huge thanks to the Foundation University Girls Volleyball Team for proudly representing TEAM RENE WOO in the Municipality of Siquijor Open Women Volleyball Tournament. We are also deeply grateful to our meal sponsors from September 21 until today:
