Matthew 18:21-22 (ESV)

21 Then Peter came up and said to him, “Lord, how often will my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? As many as seven times?”
22 Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you seven times, but seventy-seven times.

You don’t forgive because it’s easy. You forgive because Jesus already forgave you first.

"Forgiving isn’t easy. Lahat tayo nagkakamali, lahat tayo nagkakasala, at lahat tayo kailangang matutunan magbigay ng grace. Pero kung paano tayo pinatawad ng Diyos—malawak, personal, at puno ng love—ganun din dapat natin ibigay sa iba." - Pastor Jeff

John 12:35-36
35 So Jesus said to them, “The light is among you for a little while longer. Walk while you have the light, lest darkness overtake you. The one who walks in the darkness does not know where he is going.
36 While you have the light, believe in the light, that you may become sons of light.”

Jesus shows us that following God means choosing obedience over comfort, even when it is hard. The cross, though painful, was not defeat but victory—proof of God’s great love and the way to our salvation. Jesus is the Light, and He calls us to walk in Him now, not later. As children of light and salt of the earth, we are invited to trust, follow, and choose His light today.
