Sometimes a PC is that far gone because of a virus / malware infection or Windows errors that the best solution is to wipe the computer / laptop completely clean and re-install the operating system.

Most repair places will have you sign a disclaimer to say it’s not their fault if you lose data but thats not our way, before we do a rebuild of any machine we take an image of the hard drive so that if anything is lost in the re-build we can recover it.
