✔️The Staircases are fire-resistant since the materials are all concrete;

✔️The Fire-exit Ladder is an enclosed box type which evacuees can safely use without the fear of falling and without risks of injuries;

✔️Fire extinguishers are provided inside the edifice with simple instructions posted.

✔️Reminders and signages are conspicuously posted for the public to notice and read.

✔️CCTVs are installed at strategic areas in order to monitor all activities inside the premises (All footages are kept private unless required by any lawful and moral order to be provided).
