NOTICE | Adjusted Library Hours

In accordance with the university’s energy conservation initiative as well as the implementation of a flexible workweek arrangement, the Library will adopt the following revised schedule of operations:

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

These adjustments are intended to support institutional efforts to optimize resource utilization while continuing to provide essential library services to the academic community.

During this period, library users are encouraged to plan their visits accordingly and make full use of the available hours for research, study, and other academic needs.

The adjusted schedule shall remain in effect until Memorandum Circular No. 114, Series of 2026 is officially lifted or superseded by subsequent memoranda or administrative issuances.

| CSU-SM CTEd achieves 88.68%, 95.45% for BEEd, BSE in September, November 2025 LEPT

The College of Teacher Education (CTEd) of Cagayan State University- Sanchez Mira (CSU-SM) attains an 88.68% rating in Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) and 95.45% for the Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSE) for the first-time takers in the September and November 2025 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT).

CSU-SM was able to produce 75 newly Licensed Professional Teachers (LPT).

Meanwhile, the National Passing Rate of BEEd is 51.04% and the BSE is 72.62%.

The result was according to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

Also, the overall CSU-SM performance rating of BEEd is 65.71% while the BSE is 80.00%.

The retakers also got 15.38% for BEEd and 41.67% for BSE.

21 BEEd first takers passed the licensure exam while there are two repeaters.

Furthermore, 47 BSE first takers passed the licensure exam and there are five repeaters.
