Thousands of UCnians filled the front of UC Main–Jones, voices rising, placards lifted, hearts beating with one purpose: to stand against corruption.

Each frame I captured wasn’t just an image, but a story of unity — students chanting, friends holding signs high, strangers becoming one voice for justice. The air was loud, alive, and unshakable, carrying the message that silence is no longer an option.

San Vicente Ferrer (1350–1419) was a Spanish Dominican priest known for his fiery preaching and countless miracles. He traveled across Europe, calling people to repentance and healing the sick, earning the title "Angel of the Apocalypse." Canonized in 1455, he remains a powerful intercessor, especially for builders, peacemakers, and those seeking healing and hope.

When Nuestra Señora de Regla was carried inside the church, everything around me felt different. The crowd grew quiet, some lifted their phones, others clasped their hands, but we were all looking at her with the same kind of awe. For a moment, it was as if time paused—like heaven brushed against earth.

It wasn’t just an image being brought in. It felt like a mother finally coming home to her children. There was this peace that wrapped around me, the kind that only Mama Mary can give. A gentle reminder that she never forgets us, and she never stops leading us closer to her Son.

And as I looked around, I realized that each of us carried something in our hearts—a prayer, a hope, a longing and somehow, her presence gathered it all into one. That’s the memory I’ll treasure: not just that she arrived, but the way she made us feel when she did.
