BAGULIN LA UNION. We salute and Congrats the 79 volunteers of LGU Bagulin headed by the Honorable Mayor Ferdinand A. Tumbaga who conducted the river clean up Last september 17, 2016 in celebration of the National Clean Up Day. Almost Nine hundred (900) kilograms of solid was able to recover along river side. We know more LGUs are yet to come with their endeavor. Good Job, more power and looking forward to a more number of volunteers in the years to come.
