1. LTO National Standard (MC 2020-2240)

🔊 Maximum na ingay: 99 decibels (dB)

📏 Tamang paraan ng testing:
- Dapat may decibel meter
- 0.5 meter ang layo sa tambutso
- 45-degree angle
- Engine speed na 2,000–2,500 RPM

👀 Bawal ang tingin lang
- Hindi pwedeng sabihing illegal ang pipe base sa itsura lang
- Kailangang may actual na decibel test

2. Supreme Court Ruling (July 30, 2024)

🇵🇭 National law ang masusunod, hindi local lang

🏛️ Hindi pwedeng sumalungat ang ordinansa ng LGU sa national law

❌ Kapag ang city/municipal ordinance ay sinabi na:

“80 dB lang ang allowed”
“Total ban ang aftermarket exhaust”

❗INVALID / WALANG BISA yan dahil kontra sa LTO 99 dB standard

3. RA 4136 – National Traffic Code (Section 62)

🛑 Bawal magpatupad ang city o municipality ng ordinance na salungat sa national traffic law
