As Governor of the Province of Romblon and Chairperson of the PDRRMC, I hereby suspend classes at all levels, both in public and private schools, as well as work in government offices on Monday, November 10, 2025, due to the inclement weather expected to be brought by Typhoon Uwan.

Government employees involved in the delivery of basic and essential services, disaster response, health, peace and order, and other critical operations shall continue to report for duty as necessary.

The suspension of work in private establishments shall be left to the discretion of their respective employers.

This decision is based on the recommendation of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC).

All citizens are enjoined to take necessary precautions and prepare for the possible effects of the typhoon in our province. Stay safe, everyone.
