Please be informed that the Office of the Vice President for Admin and Finance (OVPAF), Office of the University Controller (OUC), and Financial Resources Management Office (FRMO) - Cashier, Purchasing Section, Bookstore, and Property Section will be closed tomorrow, April 12, 2022 from 8:00 am to 12:00 nn due to the Employees' Lenten Recollection 2022.
Office transactions shall resume at 1:00 in the afternoon.

📢❣️We are in need of new STUDENT ASSISTANT for next semester! ❣️📢
CALL FOR STUDENT ASSISTANTS!
The Student Assistantship Grant (SAG) is an assistance for poor but deserving students. It is open to students in selected programs.
Admission Requirements:
a. General Weighted Average (GWA) of 83% or higher from the last term attended in College
b. Certification of good moral character from the guidance counselor or parish priest
c. Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of Parents or Certification of Indigency from barangay chairman or Certification of Exemption of parents and head of the family from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
d. One (1) piece 2”x2” picture
e. Single and with no dependent
f. Certification from the OAF for passing the interview and apprenticeship
Visit the Office of Administration and Finance (Window 1) to submit all the requirements starting January 3, 2022. Deadline of submission of all the requirements is on January 5, 2022.

University operations will resume on January 3, 2022.

TOMASINO, BAKUNADO!
UST-Legazpi invites all TERTIARY LEGAZPI THOMASIANS (18 years old and above), and its EMPLOYEES to join the Kontra Covid Vaccination on November 16, 2021 from 9:00 in the morning onwards at the University of Santo Tomas-Legazpi St. Vincent Ferrer Multi-Purpose Hall.
Available vaccines are Astrazeneca and Moderna.
This is in collaboration with LGU Legazpi City, City Health and CHED ROV.
Everyone is enjoined to follow health and safety protocols, and the procedure below:
Stage 1: Upon entry, subject yourself to Thermal Scanning and filling out of the Health Declaration Form.
Stage 2: Register at the vaccination site and fill out the vaccination form.
Stage 3. Proceed to the Health Education Area for health advocacy care of the City Health Officer.
Stage 4. Proceed to vital signs taking and interview area.
Stage 5. Continue with the medical check-up.
Stage 6. Stand in line for the actual vaccination.
Stage 7. Afterwards, proceed to the Monitoring/Recovery Area and wait for the final advice.
Stage 8. Leave the area at once after Stage 7.
Additional reminders:
* Before the vaccination, have 6-8 hour sleep, eat well, and do not drink liquor.
* Make sure not to have any sign and symptom of flu.
* Bring snacks, water, alcohol and ballpen.
* Wear your face mask and face shield all the time.
