Tinatak ko talaga sa isip ko that not everyone will find my child cute, lalo na kapag nagiging makulit siya. Kaya every time na lumalabas kami like restaurant, coffee shop, even church, super prepared ako. May dala akong coloring books, crayons, pens, at kung anu-ano pang toys. Kaya madalas naka-backpack ako parang estudyante sa dami ng dala. 😂

Hindi rin maiwasan na may ma-encounter tayong mga taong ayaw ng ingay. And since I’m a sensitive person, even a simple glance can make me overthink. I can already feel the judgment.

But they’re just kids. When they’re bored, not in the mood, or excited by something new, hindi nila fully kayang i-control ang sarili nila. They’re not robots that we can control 100%. And when it gets to the point na nahihirapan na kaming i-manage siya, that’s when we know it’s time to go home.

Of course, ibang usapan na kapag yung magulang ay totally walang pakialam yung walang effort mag-guide or magsaway. But I believe most parents are really trying their best.

For parents who are doing their best, I hope we can be given a little more understanding. 🤍

At the end of the day, one small act of patience can mean everything because behind every “makulit” na bata is a parent quietly doing their best.🫶🏼
