Today i combined all of the new learnings I got this week. We ran biomechanically better today- emphasis on the pose and dorsal flexion.
Another negative split, and solid hyrdation and nutrition.
Excited for the strides (pun intended) we will achieve this February!

Let's break this down.
I do a 3 week increase and 1 week de-load or cutback para mapahinga ang aking katawan for the entire month na bumabakbak tayo. Ang maganda dito, matetest natin kung handa na tayo for higher pace/intensity with the benefit of doing it in shorter distances. Maiksing pagdurusa lang kumbaga.

Another 10 miler to start the month- Break in ng mga bago nating gears- new glasses, arm sleeves and compression socks.
1 hour easy then pick up at the second hour to train fast endurance, also to develop mental toughness of running on tired legs.
Great success on closing the week strong from a taper, we keep on increasing our mileage for the next 2 weeks to close january at 60kms per week.
