In line with the Department of Education’s directives on Early Registration, San Luis Integrated School hereby informs the public of the conduct of Early Registration for School Year 2026–2027 for incoming Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 7 learners, and transferees.

📌 Kindergarten Eligibility:
• Learners must be five (5) years old on or before October 31, 2026.
• Learners born November 1 to December 31, 2021 may be admitted subject to compliance with ECCD requirements, in accordance with existing DepEd policies.

• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
• Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form
