Site Engineer

Location: Metro Manila 📍

We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all on-site activities for mall fit-out and house renovation projects.
2. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
3. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
4. Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
6. Prepare reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer.
2. Experience in mall fit-out and house renovation projects is a MUST.
3. Graduate of Civil Engineering or related field (Board passer is a plus, but not required).
4. Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🔨 WHAT WE NEED:
✅ PRC Licensed is a plus, but not a must
✅ Minimum 2 years experience in commercial interior fit-outs
✅ Willing to oversee QA/QC processes with military precision
✅ Eagle-eyed attention to detail – no tolerance for errors!
✅ Expert in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Philippine Building Codes
✅ Night owl ready to manage contractors during mall closing hours

📋 YOUR MISSION:

Supervise all phases of store fit-out construction

Conduct nightly quality inspections (materials/workmanship)

Ensure 100% compliance with design specs & safety standards

Document progress with timestamped photos/report
