Effective immediately, there will be a few changes to the Multipurpose Hall event packages, specifically regarding event inclusions:

Chairs and Tables
- Previously free of use.
- Now charged at ₱1,500 per day.
Bluetooth Speaker
- Previously free of use.
- Now charged at ₱500 per day.

📌 Please note: Clients who already paid prior to today will not be affected by this rate change.

✅ Ideal for dance studio, zumba sessions, school practices & other activities. (No setup of chairs & tables)

📌 For seminar use (4-hour package):
- Bluetooth speaker with microphone
- Spacious parking
- Free use of available chairs & tables
- Projector rental: ₱800/day

Seminar rates:
🩵 ₱6,000 – First floor
- Up to 100 pax
- Air-conditioned
- Additional hours: ₱1,000/hour
🩵 ₱4,000 – Second floor
- Up to 70 pax
- Non-aircon (fan only)
- Additional hours: ₱500/hour

🏀 Day rate: ₱250 (from ₱200)
🌙 Night / Pailaw rate: ₱350 (from ₱300)
🏆 Liga rate: ₱650 minimum (from ₱600)

✨ Day and night rates still cover up to 30 players
