🏠 PAG-IBIG UPDATE | Higher Housing Loan Limit Starting June 11, 2026

Under PAG-IBIG Housing Circular No. 491, the maximum loanable amount under PAG-IBIG Fund Housing Programs has been increased to ₱10 Million, effective June 11, 2026. This is a significant increase from the previous ₱6 Million ceiling and aims to provide greater access to housing financing for qualified members.
