> Responsible for the Sales of Fire Alarm and Fire Protection Systems to ensure that annual personnel and department sales volume are achieved in terms of bookings, billings, operating profit, etc.
> Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services offerings and methodologies.
> Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and potential customers account across the assigned market by by monitoring sales and negotiating orders to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets.
> Monitor and maximize own sales volumes and distribution to meet or exceed annual targets.
> Maintain new knowledge of new developments in the marketplace and communicate information to Sales Director.
> Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer complaints or concerns appropriately in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
> Provide assistance to Projects function in particular in the fulfillment of technical and design responses already sold.
> Utilize negotiating skills to achieve results and reach an understanding in the event of a workplace conflict.
