About This Role:
We're seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and shape our HR practices. You will oversee all aspects of HR, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process, and collaborate with department heads on staffing needs.
* Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and mediate conflict resolution.
* Performance Management: Develop appraisal systems, guide performance evaluations, and identify development opportunities.
* Training & Development: Assess training needs, develop programs, and promote continuous learning.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
* Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.
* HR Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
* HR Administration: Maintain employee records, generate reports, and manage HR systems.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
* 5-7 years of experience in HR management.
* Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a manufacturing environment.
* HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP).

* Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, company culture, and ideal candidate profiles.
* Utilize various channels to source and attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
* Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability.
* Conduct interviews (phone and video) to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their strengths and suitability for the role.

Qualifications:
* 1+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
* Experience conducting interviews in English and recruiting for US-based companies.
* Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
