However, habang ongoing pa rin ang stabilization and restoration ng remaining lines, some customers may still experience:

• Slow internet speed
• Intermittent connection
• Temporary signal fluctuations
To help refresh and stabilize your connection, we highly recommend that you:

We are deeply, deeply sorry for the internet outage that is currently affecting your service. We were caught completely off-guard by this sudden turn of events, and we want to assure you that this is something we never expected or wanted to happen.
An entirely unforeseen incident—burned electrical wires in front of the Iglesia Ni Cristo Church in Ilugin—unfortunately and unexpectedly caused significant damage to our crucial main fiber optic lines as well. We feel terrible that this external event, which was entirely beyond our control, has led to this disruption.
Rest assured, our top and only priority is to fix this as quickly as possible. Technical team has been on-site and is working tirelessly, round-the-clock, to repair the damage and restore your connectivity. The provided images show the situation and our team in action.
Please be advised na wala din po kaming signal at humanap pa ng lugar na mayroon. Pasensya na po kung hindi kami agad makapag reply.
