PiVOT Clinical Research Associates Christian Vizcarra and Risa Takatsu kicked off our participation by attending the full-day tutorial session, "Toolkit Approach to Best Practices in Root Cause Analysis and CAPA."

Led by a distinguished panel of industry quality assurance experts Christy Mazzarisi, Danielle Metzger and Renata Skros from Network Partners Group along with Brendan Burns of Mersana Therapeutics, the session provided in-depth instruction on advanced investigative techniques and industry-standard tools to elevate root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.

Chris and Risa are eager to transfer this knowledge to their PiVOT colleagues in the Philippines, directly enhancing our ability to identify and address potential issues in clinical research.
