We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Specialist with a strong track record in B2B client acquisition. The ideal candidate will drive strategic sales initiatives, identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and build and lead a high-performance team dedicated to prospecting and lead generation. This role requires expertise in B2B sales processes, pipeline management, and team leadership to ensure business growth and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and execute strategies to acquire new B2B clients, targeting domestic and international markets.
Identify high-potential leads through in-depth market research, networking, and leveraging industry insights.
•Build, train, and manage a dedicated lead generation and prospecting team to fuel the sales pipeline.
•Partner with the marketing team to create targeted lead nurturing campaigns that drive both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
•Oversee the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and developing tailored proposals to closing deals and ensuring successful onboarding.
•Establish and track sales KPIs and performance metrics to ensure the achievement or surpassing of revenue targets.
•Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
