: Accounting and Finance Officer
Reports to: Accounting and Finance Head and HR Admin and Payroll Specialist

Company: Hard Rock Construction Services and Trading and Hard Rock Construction Services (HCST & HCS)

Role Overview
• Responsible for preparing and reviewing financial documents, statements. They also oversee all accounting procedures while advising on general finance matters.
• Responsible for the accurate computation of employees’ salaries, overtime pay, and other remuneration in accordance labor standards and FLV Holdings Incorporated code of ethics and policies.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES (in order of importance)
• Update Cash Position and Budgeting
• Update passbook for all bank accounts
• Identify all cash receipts and disbursements
• Perform simplified bank reconciliation using cash position template
• Update budgeting for daily payments, expenses and setting aside of funds for future payment allocation
• Update Delinquent Accounts Monitoring after identifying cash receipts
• Monitor daily transactions (checking of sales monitoring report, petty cash report, and scheduled deliveries from sales team)
• Once deliveries are finalized and checked parallel to budget, advice disbursement officer to prepare check payment and deposit to supplier's account
• Record payment to cash position and update withholding tax summary as well as Accounts Payable Summary to reflect any payments to overdue payables (like Petra, Diesel & Tires)
• Prepare weekly or monthly reports of Sales and Expenses and Income Summary
• Checking of Petty Cash or Cash Advances liquidations
• Document Filing of all liquidations and payments
• Prepares Memo, Policies, Request Letters and other formal letters which may be required to improve financial performance.
• Other errands that the Chief Executive Officer may request.

Qualifications:
• At least Two (2) years experience in related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (preferably)
• With adequate knowledge on the various accounting, finance and budgeting.
• Ability to implement FLV Holdings Incorporated policies and programs.
• Possesses leadership skill
• Possesses customer relation skill
• Possesses good written and oral communication skills
• Willing to adopt organization's corporate values.
