For those who have not yet filled out our registration form please do check our website www.pardsunite.weebly.com and go to the “FORMS” page and fill out the fields given. On the “comment” section please add your nickname, birth date, contact person in case of emergency, relationship from the contact person and mobile number of the person to be notified in case of emergency. Also please do tag your picture for the id on our facebook site together with your name so that we would not be confused n tagging it with your details.
