JUST IN: The DBM, DILG, and NYC have jointly issued Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2025 dated May 23, 2025, titled:

“Updated Guidelines on the Appropriation, Release, Planning, and Budgeting Process for the SK Funds.”

This new circular updates the rules on how SK funds are to be appropriated, released, and managed, in line with Republic Act No. 11768, which amended key provisions of the SK Reform Act of 2015.

✔️ Strengthened youth development planning and budgeting processes

The Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Canaoalan will have a distribution of FREE MEDICINE AND VITAMINS on June 01, 2025. This program aims on providing essential medicine and vitamins to our residents especially the kids and the youth. Also, it strives to support many people by reducing their medical expenses and ensuring the health of everyone.
