A quick update on our matcha origins 🍃

We currently source our matcha from Shizuoka, Kagoshima, Yame, Kyoto, and Uji, Japan — regions known for their distinct terroir, cultivation methods, and tea-growing heritage.

Differences in climate, soil composition, shading techniques, and cultivar selection all contribute to each matcha’s unique expression — from umami depth and sweetness to aroma and finish.

Through both single cultivar and blended selections, we aim to showcase the diversity and craftsmanship behind every cup of matcha we serve.
