In view of the observance of the Holy Week and taking into consideration the request of the Supreme Student Government (SSG) for the conduct of asynchronous classes, Palompon Institute of Technology shall implement the following class and work arrangements from March 30 to April 1, 2026.

𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝, 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐚𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲. 𝑭𝒂𝒄𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒚 𝒎𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒃𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒂 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌-𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎-𝒉𝒐𝒎𝒆 (𝑾𝑭𝑯) 𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 and are expected to provide appropriate learning materials, course requirements, and alternative learning activities through available learning platforms to ensure continuity of instruction.

They shall likewise ensure that all required deliverables, services, and office commitments are completed within prescribed timelines.

Likewise, personnel from offices involved in the processing and routing of vouchers and related financial documents are required to be present.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐮𝐱𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 (𝐀𝐆𝐒) 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 to ensure power connections of facilities and performance of other essential support services.

All Vice Presidents, Deans, Directors, Administrative Heads, and Supervisors are directed to ensure proper supervision of personnel and the effective implementation of these interim arrangements. They shall ensure that office remain responsive and that institutional services continue to be delivered efficiently.
