Because it was created entirely by student interns. We gave them a script and scene ideas, and they handled everything else — from animation, editing, transitions, to even composing the audio.

They poured their creativity, time, and heart into bringing the JNB Exectant story to life.

And while our CEO is not a hard-to-please person, we do value effort, ownership, and growth — and they delivered beyond expectations.

👏 Great job Reychelle and Ray.

Thinking of leaving your 9-to-5 for work-from-home freedom?

Here are 3 must-know tips to help you transition smoothly from corporate life to working from home:

🌟 1. Treat it like a real job (because it is!)

Working from home isn’t all Netflix and chill. You still need structure, routine, and discipline.

Create a workspace, set your hours, and stick to a schedule—your future self will thank you.

🌟 2. Upskill while you’re still employed

Use your free time to learn new tools (like Canva, Notion, ClickUp, Zoom, etc.) and build your online presence.

Join free webinars, watch tutorials, take short courses—this is your prep time before the big jump.

🌟 3. Start small and build confidence

Don’t feel pressured to go full-time right away. Start with side gigs or project-based work to gain experience.

Once you feel more confident and have steady income, that’s your cue to go all in.

💡 Remember: You’re not starting over. You’re just transferring your skills to a new setup.

And YES, it’s totally possible.
