You get so used to surviving that exhaustion started feeling normal.
And that’s the scary part.
Because when you live in constant stress long enough, your body stops treating it like an emergency and starts treating it like your personality.
If you’re reading this and you’re tired in a way that a weekend can’t fix…
that’s not a you problem.
That’s a sign.
