As the 2026 Lyceum Subic Bay Sportsfest unfolds, the PSCAS-LSB Customs Administration Department once again proved what it truly means to live the theme “Building Character: The Heart of Sports.”

From the first whistle to the final cheer, our athletes showcased discipline, teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship—on and off the field. Every game played, every challenge faced, and every victory earned reflected not just skill, but strong character built through unity and purpose. 🏅💪

We proudly celebrate another historic milestone—OVERALL CHAMPIONS for THREE CONSECUTIVE YEARS! 🏆🏆🏆
This achievement is a testament to a culture of excellence that continues to inspire, motivate, and raise the bar year after year.

None of this would be possible without the unwavering leadership and guidance of our Department Head, Mr. Edward Q. Delos Santos, LCB, MBA, whose vision and support continue to drive the department forward. Heartfelt appreciation also goes to our dedicated faculty members, Mr. Luis Anthony P. Sharing the highlights of the Testimonial Dinner 2025 honoring the 2025 CBLE Passers of Lyceum of Subic Bay, a night that will forever remain close to our hearts. Held on December 13, 2025 at The Shoreline Hotel, Subic, the evening was a beautiful celebration of perseverance, sacrifice, and triumph—a moment where hard work finally met recognition.

This meaningful event was made possible through the inspiring leadership of our esteemed and dedicated Department Head, Mr. Edward Q. Delos Santos, whose guidance, vision, and unwavering commitment to excellence continue to shape future customs professionals.

We are also deeply grateful to the faculty members of the Lyceum of Subic Bay – Customs Administration Department, Mr. Luis Anthony Santonil and Mr. Michael Cortez, whose mentorship, patience, and belief in their students played a vital role in this success.

Our heartfelt appreciation likewise goes to Mr. John Marion G. Taperla for his continuous support and encouragement, which greatly contributed to the success of this memorable celebration.
