Get ready to move, compete, and enjoy a full day of sports and wellness activities!

📅 When: May 07, 2026 (Thursday)
🕗 Time Schedule:
• 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN
(🎯 Ultimate Frisbee, Patintero, and Tumbang Preso)
• 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
(🏐 Volleyball and 🏀 Basketball)

🏐 PSHS - MRC Sports Facilities (Basketball, Volleyball, Patintero, and Tumbang Preso)

🌬️ The room is air-conditioned and provides a peaceful space not only for music but also for reading and quiet time.
📱 You may bring your phones and headset—or bring a good book—and enjoy being in your own world.

📣 ANNOUNCEMENT: MILO Activation Program for Student Athletes 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️✨

Greetings, Pisay-MRC community! 💚

We are excited to share that the MILO Activation Program for Student Athletes will be happening on September 14, 2025 (Sunday), 5:00 AM — a nationwide initiative that promotes sports, fitness, teamwork, discipline, and perseverance among the youth.

👉 As part of this program, the RUNRIO Team will be conducting onsite registration at Pisay-MRC on September 9 (4:00–5:00 PM).

This is a great opportunity to be part of a movement that builds the next generation of champions! 💪✨
