I Didn't Get This GHL Automation Project by Pitching.
I Got It by Telling a Story.

A few days ago, I shared a story about how John was speaking live on stage at a business event while, at the exact same time, an automated webinar was running online.

The interesting part?

That automated webinar was intentionally built to simulate a live webinar experience.

To the audience, it felt like everything was happening in real time.

But behind the scenes, it was powered by systems and automation.

After reading it, someone reached out to me.

She asked,
"Can we build something similar for our company for lead generation?"

Of course, I said yes.

Not because I know everything.

But because I've already built it before.

I've gone through the messy part.

The testing.
The troubleshooting.
The late nights.
The small adjustments until everything worked together.

So instead of guessing...

I already know the structure.

We had an online meeting with her team.

We discussed what needs to happen,
who will handle what,
where we'll communicate,
the strategy,
the deliverables,
the timeline,
and finally,
the investment.

I even included guidance on building their webinar funnel.

Because I've learned something:

When you're already in a position to help,
adding more value almost always comes back to you.

By the end of the day...

She asked for the project quotation.

And I sent it.

Why am I sharing this?

Because this is exactly what happens when you stop consuming and start building.

The first time you build a system,
you gain experience.

The second time,
you gain confidence.

The third time,
people start looking for you to build the same thing for them.

I've experienced this over and over again.

One project leads to another.

Not because I'm the best.

But because I documented what I built and shared the story behind it.
