Ang pagbasa at pagsulat ay sadyang napakahalaga sa buhay ng isang indibidwal. Ang mga ito ay may malaking factor na tumutugon sa ating pagkatuto para sa mas malawak pang kaalaman na tiyak na makakahubog sa ating pagkatao. Magiging imposible ang pagkakabuo ng isang pananaliksik kung hindi tayo magbabasa at magsusulat.

The objective of our free reading program in the community is to improve literacy skills among students, particularly those who struggle with reading. These programs aim to:
1. Enhance Reading Proficiency:
Help students become proficient readers through various reading activities and interventions.
2. Promote Love for Reading:
Foster a culture of reading and encourage students to develop a love for reading.
3. Address Learning Gaps:
Identify and address learning gaps in reading, especially those caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
4. Support Struggling Readers:
Provide targeted support to students who struggle with reading, including remedial reading sessions and tutoring.
5. Engage the Community:
Involve parents, community partners, and volunteers in the reading program to create a supportive learning environment.

Ako po si Bony Magno Monticalvo nakatira sa Bobon, Northern Samar bumabangon Ako para magtrabaho at mag serve as a volunteer Teacher, Ako po ay kasalukuyang Isang LSA or Learning Support Aide sa sa Isang school at Ako ay Masaya sa aking trabaho dahil sa nakakatulong Ako sa pamilya ko at nakapagbibigay inspirasyon din Ako sa mga bata na matutong magbasa dahil ika nga "NASA PAGBASA ANG PAG- ASA , Lunes Hanggang Byernes, Ako ay Isang reading teacher sa Dancalan Integrated School, at Ako ay subrang masaya sa aking trabaho dahil napapaligiran Ako ng mga mababait na g**o. Bilang Isang anak Ako ay Masaya na nakakapagbigay ako sa aking nanay na laging ko rin pinapasyal sa restaurant para matikman Ang karangyaan at mabigyan ng reward Ang aking sarili.

Sabado at linggo naman po Ako ay Isang Community volunteer Teacher Masaya Ako sa aking ginagawa at nais ko silang tulungan sa pamamagitan ng pagtuturo sa pagbabasa at magandang asal, palagi ko silang naiisip na kahit di na Ako nakakagawa sa aking Gawaing Bahay basta matulungan ko Ang mga bata at alam ko na palagi nila Akong hinihintay maaraw man o maulan, nakakatuwa Ang matuto Sila at wala Akong hinihiling kapalit kundi Ang salitang salamat lang po ay sapat na at lahat ng aking ginagawa ay para sa aking sarili at sa aming pamilya na kahit mga studyante koay tinuturing ko na din silang pamilya kaya para sa kanila Ako bumabangon.
