πΏ October is Mental Health Awareness Month 2025! πΏ
This yearβs theme, βAccess to Services: Mental Health in Catastrophes and Emergencies,β reminds us that mental well-being is essential β especially in times of crisis. π
Bangkulasi Senior High School joins the nation in observing Mental Health Awareness Month to promote compassion, understanding, and support among our students, teachers, non-teaching personnel, parents, and community stakeholders.
β¨ Letβs continue to:
π¬ Talk openly about mental health.
π€ Support one another through challenges.
π Seek help when needed itβs okay not to be okay.
π Build a safe and caring school learning environment where everyone feels valued.
Together, we can make mental health care accessible for all.
I got over 30 reactions on one of my posts last week! Thanks everyone for your support! π
