Sedeño for the successful publication of their research titled “Perioperative Preparedness of Nursing Students of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, Philippines” in the International Journal of Educational Sciences (IJES), a Web of Science-indexed journal.

The study assessed nursing students' perioperative preparedness, focusing on their knowledge, skills, and readiness to participate in perioperative nursing care. It examined key factors influencing students’ preparedness and identified areas for enhancement in nursing education and clinical training. The findings provide valuable insights for strengthening nursing curricula and improving students’ competencies in perioperative settings, ultimately contributing to quality patient care and better healthcare outcomes.

𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 | The Research and Development Services Office (RDSO) extends its warmest congratulations to our Director, Dr. Harold Jan R. Terano, for the successful publication of his research study, “Examining the Correlation between Mathematical Resilience, Achievement Goals, and Mathematics Performance of Engineering Students” in the International Journal of Engineering Pedagogy (iJEP), a Scopus Q2 and Web of Science-indexed journal.

The study explored the relationship between mathematical resilience, achievement goals, and the mathematics performance of engineering students. Through the participation of engineering students from Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, the research examined how resilience and students’ achievement goals influence academic performance in mathematics. Findings revealed significant insights into the role of perseverance, growth mindset, and academic motivation in shaping students’ learning experiences and performance outcomes. The study further emphasizes the importance of institutional support and educational strategies that foster resilience and promote student success in engineering education.

This publication reflects CSPC’s continuing commitment to research excellence, innovation, and quality education. It also highlights the dedication of our faculty researchers and academic leaders in producing impactful studies that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and educational development both locally and internationally.

Noga as co-author for the successful publication of their research titled “Academic Resilience Among Business Students in Higher Education Institutions” in the International Journal of Educational Sciences (IJES), a Web of Science-indexed journal.

The study explored the academic resilience of business students in higher education institutions, focusing on dimensions such as confidence, social support, adaptability, and purposefulness. It also examined the relationship between academic resilience and selected personal and socio-economic characteristics, highlighting the students’ ability to persist and succeed despite challenges. The findings served as the basis for proposing a multi-modal learning continuity plan to further strengthen academic resilience among business students.
