To all Work Immersion Students,

Please be informed that submission of all Work Immersion requirements is now officially open. Kindly ensure that you complete and submit the following documents on or before November 21, 2025

✅ 3 Photocopy of Medical Certificate
✅ 3 Copies of Application Letter and Resume with Colored 2x2 Picture
✅ 3 Photocopy of Vaccination Card
✅ Original and 3 Photocopies of Waiver Signed by Parents (SHS-WI-FORM 2)
✅ Photocopy of Signed Certification (SHS-WI-FORM 3)
✅ Photocopy of Signed Certification (SHS-WI-FORM 4)
✅ Photocopy of Signed Contract Agreement (SHS-WI-FORM 5)

📌 Important Reminder:
All documents must be properly organized, signed, and complete. Late submissions will not be entertained, unless with valid reason and proper communication.
