PUBLIC HEARING || Petition for Temporary Tricycle Fare Hike
March 23, mga g**o at magulang mula sa Pederasyon ng Parent-Teacher’s Associations at mga kasapi ng Moncada People’s Council na binubuo ng iba’t ibang Civil Society Organizations at NGOs.

Matapos ang serye ng mga katanungan, diskusyon at palitan ng saloobin ng mga officials at stakeholders, ay nakamtan din sa huli ang consensus para sa isang maayos na desisyon na nararapat at patas para sa lahat.

Hinikayat naman ni Mayor RB Aquino ang lahat, ang riding public at mga TODA na magkaroon ng sapat na pagkakaunawaan ang bawat isa at magtulungan upang maging maayos ang pagpapatupad ng mga polisiya tungkol sa fare hike at iba pang mga batas at ordinansa para sa kapakanan ng bawat Moncadenian.

Inaasahang didinggin bukas, araw ng Martes, ang panukalang provisional fare hike sa regular session ng Sangguniang Bayan para sa pinal nitong pagpasa at pagpapatibay. # # # #

On February 26, 2026, an official deliberation and successful passage of a Resolution formally supporting the DOLE TAV program was conducted by the Sangguniang Bayan of the LGU of Moncada, Tarlac.The legislative session was attended by Senior Labor and Employment Officer Princess which centered on strengthening local labor and safety standards.

This partnership between the DOLE and LGU ensures that local small businesses may now receive the necessary technical guidance to improve productivity and worker protection, ultimately fostering a more resilient and legally compliant business environment in Municipality. #

PUBLIC HEARING || Committee on Agriculture

Coun. Celeste Ayson led a committee hearing and public consultation with the farmers groups to revisit the Duck Raising Ordinance of 2004 for the proposed amendment or repealing thereof.

18th Regular Session
11 November 2025

The Sangguniang Bayan of Moncada held its 18th regular session Tuesday morning to deliberate on various measures and referrals that need legislative actions.

The body discussed several endorsed matters from the Executive Department, and referred various legislative proposals to their respective committees for study and recommendation. Updates on pending measures and ongoing committee deliberations were also noted.

The regular session, presided by Vice Mayor Jessie "Jess" Aquino, underscored the Council’s continuing commitment to transparent governance, effective legislation, and responsive public service for the people of Moncada.

Ipinagdiriwang natin ang tagumpay ng ating mga mag-aaral sa TCLASS. Patunay ito ng kanilang pagsusumikap at ng ating layuning maghatid ng dekalidad na edukasyon at oportunidad sa ating mga kabataan.
