𝗣𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗼𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗸𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻. ✊

The Release of Educational Financial Assistance for the student-beneficiaries of Barangay Poblacion District III was successfully conducted, together with KK Assembly, on July 11, 2026 (Saturday) at Plaza Añonuevo.

Sangguniang Kabataan of Poblacion District III believes that education is an important foundation for community progress. Thus, this program was implemented to provide financial assistance to qualified students of the barangay, supporting their educational needs and helping them continue their academic pursuits.

The Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Assembly 2026 was successfully held on July 11, 2026 (Saturday) at Plaza Añonuevo, bringing together the youth of Barangay Poblacion District III for a meaningful day of learning, participation, and unity.

The assembly served as a venue to discuss significant youth programs and initiatives, encourage active community involvement, and strengthen the commitment of young people to responsible citizenship and leadership.

The participants were also inspired by the insightful messages shared by the distinguished guest speakers:

- Hon. Russell Perez, SK Federation President
- Hon. Leny Arcenas, Vice Mayor

The successful conduct of the KK Assembly 2026 was made possible through the active participation and cooperation of the members of the Katipunan ng Kabataan, as well as the collective efforts of everyone who contributed to the organization and implementation of the event.

• Must be a resident of Barangay Poblacion District III, San Jacinto, Masbate
• Must be 15–30 years old
• Must be currently enrolled in any educational institution
• Must present a Certificate of Registration (COR)

In a commanding performance during the finals, Balcavem Gwapitos secured a 2–0 victory over Empire. Jambo Espenilla sealed the match with a remarkable header and a decisive long shot.

With consistent excellence throughout the tournament, Balcavem Gwapitos emerged as the champions of the Dayaw Dalan Cup 7-Aside.
