Right now, in this exact moment, step away from the lesson plans, the coordinator trackers, and the endless "to-do" lists. Just look at how far you have come.

Remember the sleepless nights, the mountains of paperwork, and the sheer grit it took to push through your career reclassification journey? You did that. Remember the training sessions you led, empowering fellow teachers and guiding them through new tools? You did that, too. Every bit of growth, every milestone earned, and every spark of inspiration you’ve given to your district was built on your dedication.

But remember this, too: you are more than your professional titles or the next big promotion. You are the heart that beats behind them.

Be kind to yourself on the days when the load feels heavy. Trust in your abilities when doubt creeps in. Keep serving your community with that same passion, but don’t forget to save a little bit of that care and energy for yourself.
