It's been a little over a month since we opened, and we wanted to share more about the people behind your favorite coffee and matcha drinks.

You may have noticed that we haven't introduced many new menu items or posted as many promotions lately. That's because one of our baristas, Jero, recently received a scholarship in Beverage Products Development and is currently attending classes.

Despite posting less and running fewer promotions, our regular customers have continued to support us, keeping us busy and helping us serve more than 400 cups in our first month.

And yes, we see all your messages about pastries and food! 🥐💛 We're putting the final touches on everything, and if all goes well, our food selection will be landing next week.

Rainy season is also making its entrance... which means our hot drinks lineup is coming soon too. 🌧️☕

Home Cafe Update 🤎
We’re skipping today’s bazaar to recharge and prepare better after yesterday’s unexpected rush. Truthfully, we didn’t expect our little home café to grow this quickly, and we’re incredibly grateful for every single person who’s supported us along the way.

It’s still surreal to think that drinks we once made in our own kitchen are now part of your daily routines, study sessions, work breaks, and late-night cravings. Every order, delivery, repost, recommendation, and kind message reminds us why we started this in the first place.

Thank you for welcoming Samos Coffee into your homes and making us part of your day. We appreciate you more than words can say. 🥹🤎

With that said, we’re open today from 4 PM to 1 AM and ready for your coffee and matcha fix. ☕️
