‼️Homeroom PTA Positions: Duties and Responsibilities‼️

1. President
* Leads the PTA.
* Presides over meetings.
* Coordinates activities and projects for the class.
2. Vice President
* Assists the President.
* Takes over when the President is absent.
* Helps organize programs and events.
3. Secretary
* Records meeting minutes.
* Keeps important documents and records.
* Handles notices and communication.
4. Treasurer
* Manages PTA funds.
* Records income and expenses.
* Gives financial reports during meetings.
5. Auditor
* Checks financial records.
* Ensures funds are properly accounted for.
* Reviews the Treasurer’s reports.
6. Public Information Officer (PIO)
* Shares announcements and updates.
* Manages communication with parents.
* Promotes PTA activities.
7. Sergeant-at-Arms
* Maintains order during meetings.
* Assists in attendance checking.
* Helps enforce meeting rules.
8. Grade Level Representatives / Committee Members
* Assist PTA officers.
* Help organize activities and fundraising.
* Relay concerns and suggestions from parents.

Main Goal of the Homeroom PTA:
To support the teacher, promote the welfare of students, and strengthen cooperation between parents and the school.

Sana maintindihan ng mga anak kung bakit ayaw pumayag ng mga magulang kapag kayo ay nagpapaalam lumabas. Takot kami na mawala kayo sa aming paningin at pangangalaga. Mas mahal pa namin kayo sa sarili naming buhay. Mag-iingat kayo.
