Update: Recent Water Interruption - Menzi Heights

Dear Homeowners,

We sincerely apologize for the recent water interruption and the inconvenience it has caused your households. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue.

📍The Cause: The interruption is due to a single-phase power condition with the BUSECO power supply. We are currently coordinating with BUSECO and awaiting their on-site assessment.

📍 Temporary Solution: We have activated our backup generator to continuously supply water to the community while troubleshooting and repairs are underway.

📍 Next Steps: Our technical team is working hard to restore normal operations as quickly as possible, while management develops long-term solutions to improve our water system's reliability.

We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding. We will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
