Project HEAL: Heightened Educators’ Awareness through Listening equips teachers with both the heart and the tools to become calm, compassionate first responders to their students’ emotional needs.

Through empathetic, supportive guidance, psychoeducation, and intentional communication, we create a ripple effect —
from classroom conversations,
to dinner table discussions,
to homes that feel a little softer, a little safer. 💜
