In line with this, our partner hospitals in the Middle East are now offering opportunities for Virtual Assistants. The role will primarily focus on handling hospital-related support services, including but not limited to:
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Processing hospital transfer requests
• Coordinating ambulance services
• Assisting with billing inquiries
• Providing general support for various hospital needs via phone or online communication

Initial Assessment
Mode: Online (via Zoom or Google Meet)

Applicants who successfully pass the initial assessment will proceed to the next stage.

January 13, 2026
Online Interview
Conducted by the HR / Recruitment and Selection Team

Applicants who successfully pass this stage will be endorsed for the final process.

January 21–23, 2026
On-Site Interview and Document Processing
Venue: 2183 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Pasay City, 1300 Metro Manila

This stage includes the processing of documents and an online interview conducted directly with the employer.

Upon successful completion of all assessment and interview stages, the remaining period prior to deployment will be allocated for medical examinations and required training programs, if necessary.
