Mahirap hanapin ang tamang tao para sa company.

Kahit anong galing mo pumili, may moments pa rin na madi-disappoint ka, may pagkukulang, may pagkakamali.

Pero sa dulo ng lahat, tao pa rin sila. Hindi sila perfect, tulad natin.

Bilang business owner, hindi lang tayo dapat mag-expect, kailangan din natin umintindi.

Gabayan sila, tulungan sila mag-grow, at i-support sila sa journey nila.

Kasi habang tinutulungan nila tayo sa negosyo, responsibilidad din natin na tulungan sila maging mas maayos, mas confident, at mas successful.

Hindi lang ito about work. It’s about people.

Hindi naman masama ang pagtaas ng sahod at minimum wage dahil deserve ito ng bawat manggagawa.

Pero sana kasabay nito, suportahan din ng gobyerno ang mga negosyo, lalo na ang MSMEs.

Tandaan natin:
• Halos 99.6% ng lahat ng negosyo sa Pilipinas ay MSMEs
• Sila ang nagbibigay ng higit 66% ng trabaho sa bansa
• Umaabot sa ~36% ang ambag nila sa ekonomiya

Kung patuloy na tataas ang gastos ng mga negosyo, kuryente na halos +20%, gasolina at delivery costs na umaabot ng ~25% from the capex ng pagpasok ng taon, at iba’t ibang bayarin sa government agencies, magkakaroon ito ng domino effect.

Kapag tumaas ang operational costs:
➡️ Mapipilitang magtaas ng presyo
➡️ Tataas ang bilihin
➡️ Maaapektuhan ang consumers
➡️ At babalik din ang bigat sa mga manggagawa

Kung gusto natin ng tunay na sustainable na pag-unlad, hindi lang dapat sahod ang tinataas, dapat sinusuportahan din ang mga negosyo para kayanin nila ang pag-adjust.

Balanced approach ang kailangan: protektado ang manggagawa, pero hindi nalulunod ang mga negosyo.

Kung hindi, iikot lang tayo sa cycle ng taas-sahod, taas-presyo.
