HIRING: SALES ENGINEER

Full Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers within shipyards, shipowners, and ship suppliers, as well as expanding our market reach for marine and ship equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and engage new customers from shipyards, shipowners, and ship suppliers.
* Promote and sell marine and ship equipment.
* Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and provide integrated product solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Conduct client visits and maintain regular communication.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Management, Marketing, Shipping Industry, or related fields.
* Preferably with experience in shipping companies, shipyards, marine engines, or related industries, and with an established network in the marine/shipping sector.
* Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
* Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willing to travel frequently for business and explore new markets.
* Willing to work in Metro Manila (near Lucky Chinatown) or Cebu.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Php 35,000.00 – Php 50,000.00 per month
Work Location: On-site / In-person

Job scope:

1.Find new customers from shipyards and ship owner /ship supplier and expand the business market ,sell ship equipment.

2.Make a proposal, negotiate the price with the client, and provide a suitable solution that the customer needs with integrated products.

3.Make the visiting, and regular communication with customers
Maintain good relations with existing customers.

Requirement :

1.Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering/shipping industry, Management Marketing, or related majors.

2.Those who have working experience in shipping companies, shipyards, marine engines, etc. with a wide network in the marine, shipping industry are priority.

3.Good command of English, both oral and written.
Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with frequent business travel,willing to open the new market.

4.Willing to work in Metro Manila (near lucky china town)
