Be specific, like " I will only check social media
for 30 minutes a day" or " I'm going to practice
deep breathing when i feel stressed instead
of raiding the fridge.

1. Understand Your Triggers:
It's like playing detective with your own
habits.
Figure out what sets off your self-control
moment is it stress? boredom? seeing the
junk foods?
Once you know your triggers, it's easier to
prepare for them.
You can't go back
and change the beginning,
but you can start where you are
and change the ending.
Time doesn't change
people,
time reveals the
real face of people.
