In two days, we generated 3K in sales. He was so happy. Alhamdulillah. That equals his entire sales from last year before we did the job. We're happy with the result because our client is happy. Alhamdulillah ☺

Sharing a small win for one of my clients who started his Shopify store.

We launched his store two weeks ago, and here's his sales in dinars: 10,000 KWD! Maa shaa Allah.

He already had a store before, but he said it wasn't really working. He hired someone to build it, but nothing more. It was stuck. It wasn't generating sales. He needed to clear his stock because it had already been a year.

By the way, it's a 2-product store. He sells pillows and blankets.

I told him, it's not about your product. I did some research and found out people selling the same products as him generated millions in sales. It's not about the product; it's about the system and how he executes it.

So we revamped his store entirely and made it really targeted to his market (Kuwaiti).

Here's what I did:

✅1. We changed the language. Though his former store was already in Arabic, it’s different when the language you use is exactly the language your target market speaks. Kuwaiti Arabic is different from standard Arabic. We needed to make it feel "homey."

✅2. Revamped the branding. This is really important because he wants his brand to feel premium and high-quality. So it needed to reflect his branding visually. We made it simple and consistent across all his assets.

✅3. Made the website simple. I've been in the Middle East for several years, and I know well how the Arab e-commerce market works. I know how Arabs behave when shopping online and what they want when looking to buy something. They want simple, easy-to-navigate platforms. So I made his website exactly like that. I called it 3-CLICKS TO CHECKOUT upon landing on the page.

✅4. We bundled the products to produce more sales. This is common, but we made it simple for customers to choose and clear about what they get. No hidden tactics, they can see the pricing in real-time, how much discount they get, and how many pieces they are buying.

Simple. Ethical. Clear marketing. That's halal.

No need for urgency, no need to deceive buyers. In the online world, people need clarity. That's how Muslim businesses should operate.

In two days, we generated 3K in sales. He was so happy. Alhamdulillah. That equals his entire sales from last year before we did the job. I'm happy with the result because my client is happy.

If you’re a Muslim entrepreneur struggling with low sales or a Shopify store that isn’t converting, don’t worry, you don’t need a new product, just the right system and strategy.

Let's transform your business target your market, simplify your store, and create ethical, halal marketing that converts.

Send me a DM or comment below if you want to transform your store and finally start generating consistent sales. Let’s build businesses that don't compromise our values. In shaa Allah.
