Mas nakatulong sa clients ko yung plate model / Pinggang Pinoy kesa Food Pyramid, lalo na sa mga hirap sa consistency.
Pinggang Pinoy:
Less mental load --> easier to apply --> improvements in eating habits --> health goals achieved.
Nagyon trending nanaman ang food pyramid ng USA and I'm worried na baka madami sa atin ang makiuso without fully understanding it.
Food pyramid:
More mental load --> confusion & overwhelm --> "next year na lang magdiet' --> no improvement in eating habits.
